Receive IDOAppActivityDataV3ExchangeModel via addExchange → appListenAppExec / appActivityDataReply (see IDODataExchange).

Notes

• No request payload; response maps to IDOAppActivityDataV3ExchangeModel.
• Differs from full snapshot: this API returns in-session / post-session summary for the current workout; after exchange completes, the device does not return that session again. For disconnect/resume full cache, see IDODataExchangeActivityFullSnapshot.
